Cic received my app july 24, aor sept 11.. on ecas it shows decision made 2 weeks ago, still no PPR

what is AOR?

how do you know you get a ghost update??

I think even though they exceed allocated quota they can go over quota .. have seen it in past

But for that they wait the last minute, as there are more streams

Mine is 7th july decision made before 3 weeks about to be end of a month tomorrow still no ppr

yeah u r right but i am saying only about only august applicants who got ghost update in last days they got there medical request in march. they didn't started for people who got medical request in july maybe they will start soon.

Any updates? It seems like Cic has stopped working recently. There are couple reasons, guess
1.ran out of quota
2.Canada post strike
3.Close to Christmas Day
4.Prepare a new way instead of sending passports to Cic
5 others?

canada post is working. they are working in rotation. it is just 1 or 2 days delay for sending anything. express entry ppr is going through canada post.
