Still 5, when I checked an hour ago. No new line added at that time.
I mean I had 5 lines from a while.
One of my friend got ppr recently....they said he can send using any courier or canada post...No you cannot use any other courier for sending passports.
CIC should make exception this time around with Canada post being on strike and let people use other couriers, but in the end it is their decision

This is what I have:
- We received your application for permanent residence on July 31, 2017.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 13, 2017.
- We started processing your application on September 14, 2017.
- We sent you medical instructions on June 21, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
- Medical results have been received.
