And they said we cannot provide timeframe but you need to wait until 19 months coz even they dont know when the officer sends ppr

Most of the people, who got more lines on ECAS recently, may have lost one (1) line. Today, CIC deleted the line that indicated 'correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application' on the next day of the day that they received. Previously, you might have two lines about that correspondence acknowledge of your application.

I wish they would do something more for PPR.

Please ask them as detail as possible on behalf of us such as why they stop issuing PPR emails these days, whether they change the PPR process or not, what the next step is after Decision Made on ECAS, etc. Thank you in advance for your dedication.
