PNP Inland Paper based June-July-August 2017 applicants

Hello friends
I'm October 2017 inland applicant.
Till now there were 6 lines showing in my ecs but now there are 5 lines. And last one is saying medical is received.
In my GCMS note it says medical eligibility and criminal checks are done and they are doing BG check now.
Anyone has any idea that why there is 5 lines only?

Yeah may be then it can be any kind of documents they need from you if it is a ghost update but in ghost they add 1or 2 lines but i never heard they remove any lines from ecas

I checked my gckey Account as well and nothing shows there.
It is as usual as it was earlier.

I have had that exact same line for the past 15 months. Ever since I linked my application to GCkey. So you can't guess if it's normal or fast.
