I don't think so, CIC will take a move further unless and until the Canada post strike finishes.

May be they will atleast continue processing the files and have Decision made for the applicants after July 24th and then we can sit and wait for PPRs after Canada post strike ends.

Hi Friends,
I am an inland PNP paper based pr applicant. Submitted my application in January 2018. My dependent still living in India. My question is 1. Do I receive two separate passport request for myself and my dependent?
2. How do I submit my dependent’s passport? And where?
Anyone please help.
