An IRCC Representative once told me though it’s an applicant’s right to order for GCMS notes, any time an applicant does so their file is removed from the officer processing so that the GCMS team can work on it and that ends up delaying it more. I don’t know if that’s the case but I’m just quoting as stated.
That's not the way it goes. Everything is online in the computer. They just print it & send it by email.

That’s what the Representative said and because they work there they probably know a thing or two that the rest of us don’t.
I think we all get our ppr when we get it! I called cic, an agent told me my file is fine. That all I have to do is to wait till April/May before my ppr can be issued!
I finally got connect to talk to an agent. She said there's no chance we could get PPR without DM. But at least she told me I've passed everything...
That's good, If everything is clear then why are they waiting for giving DM?
She said some officers haven't given DM yet because there's still time for them to do so. I think you and I probably have the same officer.
Did you order your notes? there are 2 types of security ( Criminal and PS) If you only had 1 ghost update, I'll bet my money that was the criminal - only way to know for sure is to order notes
Same thing. Did you order notes? what is the due date on your Security?
