Did you get through the phone call to Cic to figure out what’s the holdup recently? I called them but it’s always busy.

Yes I did this morning.
The guy wasn't really nice to talk to. He said that they opened/updated my app in November 2018 and since then no one opened it. When they do I'll know. And that there are people from June 2018 still waiting. Also he said that it's not 19months so where is the problem

A guy I know that submitted his application 12 days after me, which is June 20, already got his PR card. While I'm still waiting.
We almost have the same background.
Just feel unfair, and bitter of course
