You should read the conditions of your nominations depending which province where you are applying from. Your nomination conditions should be exactly the same as you were nominated. For example, if you were nominated based on a job offer, then you must still have the same job offer or new job offer before you get PR. Or if you were nominated while working full time for a employer, then you must be still be working full time by the time your get PR.

I

Me too i dont have employment restriction on my ainp nomination but my current closed work permit will expire in january 2019, so i wonder if i can apply for a bowp because i got fired by employer maybe i can write a letter of explination to the cic officer
U can apply for bowp in advance, some people applied 9 and 7 months in advance and they got approved. I am applyin next month.

Your nomination will remain unaffected as long as you can find a new job offer before u get ur pr or bowp. Its good to tell everything to ur pnp officer because i heard sometimes cic verify ur employment

O got fired to 5 days after cic send my medical request, i alredy done the medical and i have no emoyment restriction, i just wonder if im ok or im gonna have problem with my pr applicar
Hi I’m in same situation. Did you get your pr?

I do have few questions, the PNP advised me to find new employer within 3 months as my employer fired me. Now, I am done with my upfront medical and some other requirements. I applied my PR March 2016. Just incase I couldn't find an employer since it's winter not that much of job hiring for sponsorship,
Do you think I will be able to get PPR before February 2017? The PNP said my PR wont be affected as it will still continue to process. For those who happens to have the same situation, Your answer is much appreciated. Thank you! Wink-
Hi, I’m in the same boat. Did they approve your PR without employer/work?
