PNP/FSW which is better?

Hello,
I am in express entry pool, but till date there are no draws. My CRS score is 482. Should I wait for the draw or else should I enter into PNP??
where do I have more chance of getting PR for Canada?? my NOC is 4011.
kindly help me. I am waiting for draw since April !!!

By next year April I will be loosing 5 points, then what are the chances of getting an ITA?
If PNP is the option, Can I create a PNP profile? As I am in the express entry profile!

I recommend you to reduce your CRS score to fit the PNP range( 460-467) if you can, like upload another ielts. because we can not see any hope of the FSW in this year, but the OINP PNP is keeping give ITAs. And if the GOD FSW resume in the futhure, The FSW CRS score won't decrease to 481 until after the 2-3 rounds of ITAs, cause there are too many high score apps in the pool. if it happen someday, you have enough time to change your file and increase your score to wait FSW draws

Why would you recommend reducing the OP’s score for OINP when the OP is not eligible for OINP with the NOC. NOC is 4011 which is not on the Human Capitals or Tech draw lists.

OP - in your EE profile, select PNPs. Look at Saskatchewan or Alberta but don’t know if your NOC is drawn/selected.
