PNP for Ontorio or others: Need Advise

Hi Everyone,

I am residing in US from last 12 years, have completed my Master's degree here and I am on H1-B visa and I am hoping to figure out a path to move to Canada. As I am 37 years curranty and soon will be 38 my points are coming out to be in 430+ range. Which is low. Despite my 12 of US work experience and my Master's education from USA.

Can someone elaborate on the PNP process for Ontario. If I don't meet enough points for the main Express entry can I get nomination from PNP program? How does it work? Do they look at your past experience and nominate you individually?

Thank you!

Recommend you dedicate time to reading through the information in the link below to understand how the program works and the current point ranges that Ontario appears to be targeting. Good luck.
