Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I am an international student. Now i am working for a bank in canada as a personal banking representative which qualifies under CEC program. My bank does not do lmia. I am working in the province of Ontario. As per Ontario PNP my employer should initiate the PNP process by filling out a form and sending it to Ontario government. My employer is not willing to do it because that form requires a lot of information from employers which is difficult to provide for such a big organization. However, I would like to know whether the BC PNP and Nova Scotia PNP procedure is the same like Ontario PNP where employers have to fill out so many information to initiate the process or else its diferrent like if you have a job offer letter without any lmia and you gained 6 to 12 months experience in either BC or Nova Scotia you will get PNP. Please provide your input. Because if BC or Nova Scotia just wants normal job offer letter without LMIA, pay stubs and 6-12 months experience than i will ask my bank to transfer my services to those provinces. But before doing this i want some expert advise from the members of this forum. Thanks.

You might find this thread to be interesting/useful Salli, a few people were talking about BC PNP just a few days ago:

BC PNP is somewhat easier than ON PNP but it does require lot of paperwork from employer. Just have a look at the respective websites.

I am not expert but I have seen some of the post here in this Forum regarding BC PNP.

BC PNP is very fast but it required a lot of paper work, they don't need LMIA kind stuff but Employer has to fill some paper for his employee.
