PNP FOR CONTRACT WORKERS

I am working for a company in category A on contract basis. I have a few questions:

1. am I eligible to apply for Ontario PNP program if I work contract or it needs a full time job offer?
2. What are the requirements?
3. Will my POST graduation work permit be bridged only if I apply for PNP or only after I get my nomination letter? Please help.

I'll help with one question. Your PGWP will only be bridged after you receive the nomination letter.
