PNP for 2173/74

Hi all,
Can someone please quickly tell me what states are offering provincial nomination for the IT trades especially 2173 and 74. I heard in some states there are long queues and years of wait. It will be good to hear from someone who are in the game, that where is the best bet.

I would prefer to apply for ON, BC or AB but could not find anywhere if they are currently accepting these occupations.

I fall under NOC 2173. I have PT letter of interest from Ontario (OINP). I am sending the application package today. The feedback I got from this forum is that Ontario is a safe bet for PNP if you CRS score is above 400.

My brother also wants to apply for PNP and he fall under NOC 2173. Is Ontario or other province still accepting new applications and how do we get to know if they have started accepting new application ?
 
Got medical request today!!! That was a very long wait Since I got my AOR. Finally . Got it at 5 pm today Vancouver time
 
Does anyone have an idea which PNP has NOC 2173 in demand currently? Do all PNPs require a license for this NOC?
