YES i am have been in canada for 5 years now. Very sad i paid RPRF in may, still no word. August is almost ending. ECAS hasn't even blinked...lol

Have you tried to reach them and any news from them? They say to finalize most files by August 31 and its almost there.
Does it show "In Process". It's kind of weird as some see it and some get PPR even with status as application received.
Maybe depends on officer to officer.

My "executive" lawyer/representative says they will contact them only after august 31st as the last email they got said april applicants willl be reviewed by then. I guess its 3 days to go then SMH. No correspondence from CIC since april 30th, 2013.

For the April and May friends, I think yours are coming. I know how hard for waiting this, and Federal delayed our files again and again.
Last period they said May 31st is the last day for the applicants applied before March 2012. That means they will use May-August to finalize March-May Applicants. At that time, I thought mine(March 28, 2012) will be finalized in June, but now seems they use the deadline to start process the first files, and April and May apps have to wait for another month or more.
I know how frustrated for waiting, but guys, you all gonna get approved, the only thing is the time.
I hope you guys can get PPR these days, finish this nightmare asap.
