HI all!

Writing after such a long time, been busy with work lately.

Read the forum and its quite impressing that CPP finally started to work. COngrats to those with DM status and PPRs'.

I have a question, Which MP do you guys usually contact for help? Liberal party or Conservative party?

I contacted my area's MP (LIberal Party), its been a week and I am still waiting to hear from them. Any ideas, suggestions???

Thanks!

Hi Friends,

How can we order gcms notes?
Can anyone help me please.

Thanks

For those who got the DM around August 14th, did you guys receive ppr?

I got the following from CPP-O:

This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada. Your file has been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot in Ottawa for further review. It will be reviewed by one of our officers, with priority given to applications that were received at CIC before September 1st, 2011.

Case Status:

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
· UCI # – My Full Name
· Please provide our office with proof of current immigration status and current address details. This must be received at this office by: 09/22/2013

With the exception of Police Certificates, please submit the requested documents as scanned attachments and send to the following e-mail address:

ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca

All requested documents/information must be accompanied by the outgoing correspondence we have sent to you (i.e. this e-mail or a printed copy of this letter).

It's a delaying tactic. And how on earth I would provide a document on my UCI? And my file will not be touched before Sep 22, 2013. Oh well.....

CPP-(D) O = CPP DUMB OTTAWA?!?
Is that what they are trying to prove?! They must have your valid work permit on file p.s. the current address as well. Honestly, stupid delays for no reason. Its like they are tricking us with all kinda request letters to get an extension for finalazing our files. I only see request letters for buffalo applicants.

My boyfriend just got the ppr 10 mins ago!
His timeline is exactly same as mine. I haven't receive mine yet... But I sent the letter to CIC for him on Monday, dont know if because that works...

This should be there in your work permit. Didn't you submit this along with the application? Was your WP extended or you had a new one after your application. Then this request would make sense.

Cheers.

Hello everyone. I got the PPR yesterday night, at around 11 pm. :)

Ontario PNP
Application sent: March 2012
AOR and Medical: May 2012
RPRF & Personal History Requested & Sent: April 2013
In Process: April 23, 2013
Decision Made: August 14, 2013

I would like to thank everyone in this forum for providing great support for hundreds of people like me. It`s easier to deal with the process and waiting for months when you know that you are not alone. For those who got the PPR and DM, congrats! And for those who are still waiting, I wish you get your PPR in a few days. I wish everyone a happy life in Canada as future Canadians. Good luck!

Well I got a job offer in Canada (I'm in the US) and obtained a work permit and went there. However, I didn't join the job. I didn't feel comfortable to work in a new place on a work permit. The uncertainty and unreasonable delay in PR process didn't help either. But, in my updated personal history, I did mention that. So they should know that I am still in the US. If not, what's the use of my updated personal history?
