Would love to see replies on the new born. the situation is, we file our application back in early 2012, at that time there were no signs of our angel, now we got medical request however, we are gifted with the angel. the medical request is only for us and not for our daughter (8 months now). please advise, shall we proceed with medical or submit the requested documents first (New born birth certificate, fees etc) and wait for their new instructions regarding medical l??? my visa office is Islamabad.

Any thoughts are welcome.

I have been religiously following this thread for the last few months and I have the following timeline:

I ordered GCMS notes for the first time last month and received them today, and it currently shows criminality in progress.

I saw a couple of things which has me shaking right now:

I did not receive ANY correspondence about sending a Police Certificate, nor did I send any communication back to CPC-Ottawa regarding that apart from the Police Certificate I attached from Pakistan in my original application.

2. It says in the activity notes at the bottom that "Original Police Certificate from Pakistan included, but Police Certificate from UAE Pending, please request". I spent only 15 days after my 18th birthday in UAE after which I moved to Pakistan. So as per the instructions, I did not attach a UAE Police Certificate with my original application as you must have spent 6 continuous months or more in a region after your 18th birthday to be required to include a police check from that region.

I am really, really worried about the absence of any email from ottawa requesting these certificates and finding all this information in my GCMS Notes. Can anyone explain if I am missing anything here?

I will suggest you to send a polite email to CPP-O advising them what you have seen in GCMS Noites and y=your point of vieew and see how they reply

Email them a letter that you have a new born so that they can send a new IME for your baby.
This will delay your processing if you don't let them know that you have a newborn. Baby should
need a medical too but no blood extraction and x-ray. Don't worry medical now is electronically submitted to Ottawa.

Heartiest Congratulations. It's good to know that things are moving.

Could you please tell me where did they ask you to submit your passport? I hope LA. I am also a PNP candidate from California with time line very similar to yours. Good luck with the stamping and LA returns the passport within 2 to 4 weeks.
