The unfair CIC that we are never going to understand. But sooner than later everyone of you are going to be PR and are going to forget the waiting time.
Never lose the hope... I will let you know my landing experience... I hope all the best..Good Luck!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Please help me send this petition to newspapers in Ottawa and Toronto.Well actually to any newspaper youcan get hold of.
We already have 51 signature, but we need more.
If we sit and do nothing than they will make us wait another year

My plan: Spend 10 mins and 63 cents every day to send mails to CIC. I won't stop until this shows any sign of change.
I think everyone should do this.
CIC claims that too much communication will only slow down processing. Well, their time wasn't spent on us anyways!

i just got an email from Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa to re-do the medical, i will take that as a good news as i knew that somebody is actually looking in my file but what is "NHQ - Centralized Processing Region" i got it from this office

I just saw in a different forum that someone call CIC to ask about the strike. The answer was that nothing has been affected for offices within Canada, only abroad. Kind of good news you may say....

If you are abroad you need to redo your medical exam... thats the rule... "NHQ - Centralized Processing Region" is the new name for computer system :)

Shady: I understand that they send you an email... probably they send something wrong... the new regulations say that no matter when if you are out of Canada... and your medical expired they will ask for a new one... sorry for that.. what ever email they sent must not comply with this rule ( some officers are junior so they might give incomplete info, but when an officer checks your file they will request as it happened to you)
