feb 16, 2012- application received in CIO
april 25,2012- aor/medical request
may 25,2012- medical exam

January 8 of 2013, i got married and on march 19,2013 i submitted all the docs for my spouse , i got a reply from an officer on march 26 asking for rprf, processing fee for my spouse and personal history.

April 4,2013 - in process

April 25,2013 - medical request for my spouse
May 9 ,2013 - medical received for the medical of my spouse

and finally..today 11:02 pm (prince edward island,canada) --PPR...

to each and everyone who is waiting and in the same batch of my case..just hold on ,,its coming very very soon..

Processing time is bullshit!!! They change to 14 months!!!!!!

Why dont they just work on backlogs and leave the new applied applicants since its 14 months now.

Yep that's right!!! Why they just keep working on the new files?!! Only 4 months they can get the ppr but we have to wait for more than 12 months?!!
They should stop the new ones and make ours solved, if all of them work on ours I think 2-3 months the backlogs will cleared. Then they still have plenty time for newers.

got our passports yesterday....it took exactly 13 days after i submitted my PP's...

Thanks to all of u for ur much needed support during this journey....

I pray everyone gets their PPRs,Passports sooner than later....

We sent passports last friday... I hope everything will go smoothly in you landing... Keep posted how everything goes... Good luck and Congrats again..

Yes. You can do your landing at the Saskatchewan Border with North Dakota. The place is called 'North Portal'. It is about 1 or 2 hours drive from Estevan. It's a pretty straight road. I will advice you go with GPS on your way. In 2011, I went with my friend to do his landing. Highway 33 was under construction and we had to take a detour. We got missing on the way. We almost went into a ditch.

We should massively protest to CIC, policticians and newspaper about the unfair treatment of giving priority to new applications instead of focusing on reducing the backlog :'( >:(
