My eCAS updated today (Apr-08-2013 3:00 PM MDT) as follows:
...We recieved your application for permanent residence on February 16, 2012.
...We started processing your application on April 2, 2013.
...Medical results have been received.

do you know what is the next step?

I will ready my personal history and pay for RPRF in the coming days.
This is because of my GCMS (generated date: March 21, 2013); in the NOTES, one of the lines showing this:
"Text: Requested: - RPRF payment - Request for meds extension sent - Personal history update"

However, as of today, I still haven't received any mail or email from CIC since April 27, 2012.
