Please help me to fix two things. One is the additional family info form, which should be IMM 5406. Why did they ask for IMM5645 (family info form)? The other is the fee, I have paid 490*2+550=1530D. Is it correct? Thank you guys very much, my friends. Once I come here, I always can find new hope in my mind.
Great!! one step closer! congrats :)

It is crazy that they are not asking anything for JAN and FEB applicants.
They are asking documents for March and April applicants.
Any idea?

you have send 2*490$ which is RPRF or landing fee for you and your wife but only 1* 550$ which is processing fee for you. that means there is 1* 550$ processing fee for your wife is missing. So you have to send 550$ which is processing fee for your wife.
And for the form ,If i were you I have send both forms (IMM5406 and IMM 5645) All the best..

seems like you add your wife later in the application

First of all a big CONGRATULATION on your request email from CIC.

1. Regarding fees, you have to pay 2* $490 + $550 = $1530. I'm assuming you paid your $550 processing fee at the time of submitting your application and that you have added your wife later.

2. The family information form IMM 5645 is for your wife. She has to fill in her family info like her father, mother, brother, sister info just like you did. I know this because a friend of mine didn't send this form for his wife and CIC returned the application package asking for his wife's family info.

Good luck.

Fafool... I don't know if we are in backlog or in bad luck!!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( I thing we share the officer and he has been working really slow.. :( :( :(
