I had the same issue, I E-mailed them, they replied back in almost 10 days, that "Our record indicates that medical have been received "

try E-mailing CPP-O with all your information and they may reply.

hope this helps.

Thanks
Hi Samlongani, are you sure when you emailed cpp Ottawa they replied within 10 days? I emailed them last June and they
never replied only in automatic reply but no details. I'm worried about my payment draft it will expire on December and it's still
outstanding until now. Thanks

@Nick

It says Medical received....

Thanks

Congrats Buds...so happy for you.

@ holygun: did they asked for any additinal documents, coz nothing for me and mine is still application received not even in process.

It seems like Ontario OPNP are left for PPR...hope we receive it soon...
Mine also still application received.

has anyone from sinp category got their passport request lately?

:o :o :oAny news ... any update?

Does any one get any thing after medicals having been done between APRIL TO MAY?

The waiting is so frustrating... >:( >:( >:(

I got my GCMS notes today.

It says Criminality : In progress. They havent received the RCMP finger printing file that I sent twice already. Or they have received it but havent updated it in the database etc

and Security: Not started.

the rest seems fine...

I am trying to follow up on the Criminality and I think it should be cleared up very soon. Does anyone know about how long the Security check takes and what process does it follow? I am starting to feel that the Security step might take 6-12 months. In that case, I would prefer reapplying through the CEC process. Any advice? I am at the edge of desperation.

Thanks

I applied on the same day too... You should get it soon too

Coming back to my original question
Does anyone know how long does it take for 'Security' check to be completed.
I am thinking anyone who has already got their PPR and had requested their GCMS notes multiple times could know.
Any info would help. Thanks in advance...

Hey applied for my GCMS notes on oct 11, I guess I will get it anytime soon. I found from my friends that the security check takes 3-5 months it could take shorter depending on the number of countries u have visited. I had another question could pls tell me what is your NOC code.

Me too. When they announce the change in CEC requirement -- the one from two years to one year work experience -- I will apply for CEC. Unless of course I receive my PR then, but I highly doubt it.
