I dont know..sometimes I think PPR depends on number of factors; most imp is in which province are you applying for PR?
I live in surrey, BC, Canada, my understanding is they offer a limited amount of PR Visa in a year because they have to provide facilities to new people coming to the province. Facilities like schooling for kids, transportation, job opportunities, loans, housing. medical, etc etc.
Counterpoint, I am single and I am already living here, using all these facilities and paying my taxes, contributing to income of province.. I am here from last 4 years and have paid more than $20K for my taxes.
My contribution in Canada pension plan is awesome, my credit history with 3 banks is really good. I already have 2 credit cards and a personal limit with bank. I already own a car, have a class 5 license, pay for my insurances, MSp etc.
My criminal history is clean, my medical history is spotless. I don't see any valid reason why will they not issue me PPR in 120 days as mentioned in E-mail.
The day i will get PPR and PR, I have couple of very good jobs already lined up. I and my friends are planning to start our own business by next year end. Its like destiny dont want me to be successful right now. as they say 'More than destiny and before time" nobody gets nothing"
sigh..
....spending each day with a hope that tomorrow will be a better day.....
Thanks everyone in the forum for supporting each other and sharing the timelines, it helps when I know that I am not alone; there are many people in same boat as I am.
