Can anyone answer my question ??

Applicant has demonstrated both the ability and intention to establish successfully : NO

I proved and explained in detailed that how can I establish myself. They still said no..

how can I prove that I can establish successfully in Manitoba ?
@ Manitoba123
Do you have other close relatives living in other provinces in Canada? Does your educational degree match the NOC/the intended occupation that you want to pursue in Manitoba?
Often, these questions are asked if they feel you are not intending to reside in Manitoba. The main cause of the suspicion is owing to a close relative living in other province.
Furthe if your educational degree is a mismatch for the intended occupation: e.g. if you have an MS degree in Civil engineering, but you are now working as a software professional. And at the time of application say one chose Civil engineering NOC. Then it would lead to rejection. Alternatively, if one chose S/W, then it could lead to rejection as well.

Hope this helps.

CIC are starting to make me angry >:(
I received my second set of GCMS notes this morning (the first ones were done in early July) and from reading down through them, it appears that nothing has been done with my application since the end of May when the medical results were updated. I've emailed my MP with full info and asked them to see what the hold up is as it's now been 184 days since the AOR and MR was sent to me.

can you share the notes you received and when did apply for this notes ?

I applied for the second set of notes mid August and got them today.
It basically tells me that medicals have passed, Criminality is 'in progress' (it's been in progress all summer judging by both sets of GCMS notes) and both eligibility and security are 'not started'

Can anyone guide me as to how I should go about applying for my GCMS notes?

When did you request the notes? and What is the printing date on it?
I applied on August 1st nothing yet!

send them email, the address you used to apply your GCMS, and see what will happen. Tell them why you have not got response after more than 1 month, and give them your ID, GCMS filing date, and other information.

Reminds me of "dont angry me" LOL...

Take it easy, immigration is a time consuming process and nothing happens overnight. Just ordering GCMS notes is not going to run the process any faster. Just keep faith, you will surely hear back soon.
