The email was sent on September-04-12 2:43 PM. PPR needs to be sent to Detroit.

Hi All a quick update on my case:

Logged in e-cas and saw the following:

We have received your application on MAy 24,2012.
We have started processing your application on July 31,2012.

On August 9,2012 a letter was issued from local visa office (Nairobi) to my address in Canada and requested the following to be completed in 60 days:

-medical testing
-RPRF (490$)
-Original passeport (1 month after medical)
-include an envelope with a prepaid waybill.

Hope I am reaching the final stage of the whole process.

I was reading in the CIC website that a payment of 5$ has to made for the GCMS. This has confused me whether the GCMS notes can be requested by the PR applicants free of charge.

So till now we have seen January 2012 applicants getting PPR from ottawa.
Is there any Feb 2012 or March 2012 applicant, who has received PPR from ottawa??
