Hello All,

I need some advise.

I have done my Medicals on July 24th Doctor is saying he will send it to Ottawa after 2 weeks and normally to get the customs I have seen it takes about 2 to 3 weeks when I send package to Canada.

August 20th is the deadline NDVO has given me to get all the documents including medicals. If I try to explain this to Doc he says dont worry the day I get medicals done is important not when they receive it. Any ideas? should I contact NDVO and explain the situation ?

If I am you, I will definitely E-mail NDVO, explaining them everything and making sure that they are aware of circumstances
I have seen in my experience its always good to keep Visa Officer in loop.
If you can't find the E-mail ID, go to CIC.GC.CA webiste, find the general E-mail to NDVO office, mention your file number, client ID and DOB in Subject line

In the bottom also mention your name, contact no, and all the above info
