Hey guys, I can not wait to tell you good news. i got medical, and passport request from hong Kong emabassy.

they are asking: Letter's format is:

1. Medical Instructions
2.Payment of RPFR in (Already paid)
3.Passport Submission
4.Canadian Residency proof of Aunt
5.Change of family composition
email came from Hong Kong Embassy

My Cousin got her MR as well last evening.. we all are in same timeline...

After Medical she needs to submit her passport with 5 photographs at new delhi..

Here are the instructions for Passport request.

3/ PASSPORT SUBMISSION - once you (and your family members) have completed medical examination(s) and you have paid the RPRF fee, submit your passport [ and 5 photos to specification each for you (and your family members)] for visa issuance to the IMMIGRATION SECTION IN NEW DELHI using the following address:

Immigration Section

7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri

P.O. Box 5209, New Delhi

110021 India

So I am assuming we don't have to wait for another Passport request, I would say, Send the passport with RPRF fees! Is there anyone who has already followed up these instructions earlier?

Hi,
I had the same problem with my name as yours. I have two parts to my name and both are in the given name. In my application, i had it split as first name (the first part) and last name(the second part). However, they changed it in the system to both parts as the last name. Here in Canada/USA, last name is more significant than the first, hence I would recommend you place both parts of your name into the last name section or split up yur name (as i did). Better even if you could change it on your passport. It would save you a lot of heart aches at a later point in time.

Hey Recently the same situation I had for my mother's Super Visa Application. she does not have her last name on passport and leaving the blank field could not validate the form. So i had filled NA however then I decided to call Canadian Embassy and the CSR told me to fill "Not Applicable" as their might be a chance there could be someone's else have last name called just na.

After following their instructions I have applied and She got her VISA with the same name she had on her passport. Good Luck
