PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

I am planning to send RPRF because I have my UCI now. Questions:
1) Where to send? what is the address I should use? I do not think it is CIO in Sydney, NS. Should be Ottawa?
2) What kind of payment form I need to fill out? I want to pay credit card this time. Or the payment form is necessary? Just write a letter and tell them credit card information and authorize?

1) It depends on your VO. Definitely not CIO. You must send it to the location that was referenced in your AOR letter. Where did they say you should send future correspondance to?
2) Again depends on location. My VO (Bufallo) does not accept credit card payments for RPRF if you are outside of Canada. Had to sent in a certified check.

I can fully understand your apprehension. But, I think your bank should be able to give you an update on the draft. Go to the bank with your bank draft number. Ask them to track the draft. I know Chase Bank can do it. Good luck.

Anything happening with your file in Ottawa yet? As I understand, only after the file goes into 'in process' are they actually looking at our file. Any updates/comments?

I saw some folks here paid their application fees and RPRF by credit cards when they submitted their applications to Sydney.
 
Hi Khush Sidhu/Bahia/Carl Zeiss/Arise/Claudine Caranto/Gns/Axelblackmar/Ravil00,

Most of us got AOR-CIO within 7 days, but still waiting for AOR-VO and Medical Request.
I can see that Bahia and Axelblackmar, are still waiting on their AOR-CIO!! (please check ur email junk folder. you never know!!)
My status in E-cas shows application received on Mar 30th.

Any clue when we will get to the next steps?
Please share your thoughts.

Hi tidebreaker,

Yup, desperately waiting for a call from VO? I guess and based on the track sheet info (Time window of other members on this thread) we will hear from them within two months time.
My E-Cas shows that my application was received on March 26, 2012.

Mine still shows Application received! Nothing has changed :(
I thought the longest wait is after the status goes into 'In process'
