I thought all provinces already ask for IELTS.

I had to take one before I was nominated lol... It was waste of time and money tho.

But also it is for NOC C & D type applicants only... (maybe it was not a requirement for them before)

As per OPNP under student with job offer, we do not need to submit IELTS for nomination ;D

i applied with job offer too... it's been 16 months no response yet lol..
then i applied under masters got it in 3 months.

You guys just worry too much. This new requirement only applies for the NEW PNP applicants and, on the top of that, only PNP offices will decide to follow that rule or not. For all of us having got PNP nomination already, this new rule DOES NOT apply. relax.

I agree our nomination was already approved. This only applies to new applicants for PNP.

I highly doubt that cause its for applicants who will apply post july 1,2012.

If you are already nominated you don't have to worry since your application has already reached CIO and VO.
Don't confuse yourselves.
