Ofcourse you are welcome! Manu and our some other friends manage updates on the track sheet. Do write your other updates such as AOR, MR, VO, Apl. date, etc.

Hello Guys I was wondering which Medical Office/Doctor in SASK, MANITOBA OR ALBERTA sends the medical reports the earliest to CIO/VO?

PER is for FSW.. not applicable to PNP applicants.. cheers :)

Ok. Still waiting for AOR from NDVO. Its been over 2 months now since I got the AOR from CIO. My only concern is that in case of passport request, can I send the passport through courier to New Delhi?? Coz I am in Canada at the moment. Or should I leave my job and go to India with the passport if I get ppr?

What do you guys suggest?

Tricky situation, that is if you are in Can and a PPR request from NDVO. You never know for how long they will hang on to your passport, could be months. Why would you leave your job and sit waiting in India for your PP. This is a similar situation with applicants from outside the US with CPP-O/Buffalo as the assigned VO.

I would suggest you explain your situation to them in an email and wait for their response. Tell them that you are on a full time job in Canada and would need to be in possession of your passport at all times, as it would be illegal to be in Canada without it.

Surely don't mail them your PP from CAN. You can get seriously stuck if they hold you PP on it's way back. I don't know about others, but Ind doesn't allow PPs to be mailed across countries.

Someone you know going to Ind can carry it with then, submit, and get it when they come back. But again, you don't know how many months.

hi there, welcome to the group, well its a case by case thing, I got the LOA dated 4 days after sponsor interview.. my sponsor was interviewd on 26th oct.. i got the letter in the mail on 15 th nov.. dated 31st oct.. so yea.. just give it 2 to 4 weeks time .. Im sure ull hear from the soon .. in the mean time what you can do is .. gather all the documents and prepare yourself with all documents required for federal application .. that way you can avoid unnecessary delays from your part .. I know the wait is quite taunting .. but unfortunately we all have to go through it .. just hang in ther .. Im sure everything will get sorted at the end of it .. cheers :)

Hi,

I waited a lot to be a part of this group and I have religiously seen everybody's wait stories in the spreadsheet prepared; but unfortunately now I can't be a part of this spreadsheet.

Reason:- today I got my rejection letter from MB, saying i have stronger ties to Ontario than Manitoba. My brother is a resident of Ontario for around 2 years and my maternal uncle (Sponsor) is citizen of Canada for past many many years; currently living in Manitoba for past few years.

I am so so disappointed. :(

I wish all of you a great success and a great life awaiting you all in Canada.

Very sad mate :(

I feel you should re-apply preferably to Ontario (as they say so) with some additional proof to estabish strong ties. I feel include this rejection letter as part of your application. BTW - what did you apply under, I mean what category? student, family, skilled?

Never loose hope, if you still have the option surely try again - it's worth the effort.

hey all. Anyone knows how much time Buffalo office gives for passport submission in PPR email? 60 days? I'm planning a vacation for this summer and I'm trying to avoid running into trouble in case PPR is issued around the same time (thinking positively here ;)). Thx for your input!

ahah good positive mindset :)

that timeline differs some get 30days and sme 60days lot depends on the visa officer sometimes...if ur inside Canada they might say 30days...but we are not near that step..some more wait time :(

My bank draft has not been negotiated yet. I applied under AINP to NS with Buffalo as my VO. From the spreadsheet, it is taking about 2 weeks for them now to encash. I am starting to get worried now. Also, I have changed my job on March, 20. It is all so complicated. Please advise.

Has someone here been rejected for photos? I am doubting as I had to cut the photos and they were not a perfect 35 X 45 mm size. :(

My CIO letter stated that draft # was cahed on March 15, and they gave me receipt number. Draft was from Canadian bank. Bank said draft was cashed on March 21st.

your draft might have cashed already and you will know next week.
