Hi Rubyhero,

After how many days did your ecas status changed to - documents received by VO? Also do you have any international travel history as the members are discussing above? :)

Hi Guys!

Congrats to all who received AOR(VO) and MR!!! ;D

... However, I haven't heard anything since AOR(cic) on January 31st.
My docs were sent to Tokyo for sure, and according to the CIC website the processing time is only 5months it says....
It's been a month and a half and I'm freaking out!!!!

Wish me luck :(

I know it is agonizing to not hear from them, anyways im on the same boat, I got my AOR from CIO on 30th jan and havent heard from them since, seems like people who has Buffalo and Manila as their VO is only getting to hear from them. I just have my fingers crossed and hoping that its not going to take too long. cheers

I pray for both of us... :o

I heard that passport request was cancelled for people from spcific countries and i'm included since I'm Japanese.
I'm hoping MR and PPR and everything comes all together soon :(

Dear members,

Today I have received our passports back.

After 7 months 20 days, I am shocked because they are without any visa sticker. I also received a letter along with them, which states as below:

Dear Applicant:

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.

Due to prolonged processing in your case, and in the event you may need to travel, your passports(*) are
herewith returned to you. When we need them we will request them again.

I would also like to tell that I do not have any travel history. If any body has similar experience, please share views.

Regards:

This was the post from that other person who got his passport back without the visa ..

A question for any of the QSW applicants, What should be the application category mentioned on the Medical Report (MR) Form, should it be SW1-QC?

Also, I realized that they charged my CC with label "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW" I am particularly concerned with the "FSW" part, did anyone get charged with "FSW" in the label, despite being in QSW or other PNP category?

Your response would be appreciated! thank you!
