I sorry to hear that, I think you have to sent just the documents in the check list cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf changed in january 2012.
All the best

Hi good question. This is also my question it did not mention in the checklist to send copies of education docs, employment docs and funds as well as settlement plans. I think we just need to follow what is needed in the document checklist like copies of passports, visas, copies of birth certificate and marriage certificate, original police clearances and LOA etc. Does anyone agree with me? It did not mention the copies of educational, employment papers and copies of statement of funds.

Question: I don't have a Use of a Representative IMM5476. Do I need to include it in sending the application to CIO Sydney NS before
submitting? I'm just worried they might send back my application papers. Does anyone experienced this before? Pls. advise. Thank you.

Hi mehendes.. ur information has been updated on the tracksheet, it is quite unusual actually, coz from the trend that we see here on the tracksheet, most people who had their visa office as Buffalo, did get their MR along with it.. just be patient and see what they do or why dont you try sending an email to CIO or Buffalo and request for one?? cheers

Hi Manubobby,
Today I received an email regarding my MR and notification on a file transfer to Buffalo. So, it happens sometimes that you receive AOR and MR with a gap. Wanted to let others know so they wouldn't worry if this was the case for them too. Hope next steps pass well and fast.Cheers

Looking at the trend from the tracksheet. This new (CIO/layer) process for PNP/QSW applicants with Buffalo as VO has been excellent thus far. MR sent along with AOR certainly looks like a huge improvement as it initially took 4/5 mos for MR after AOR. I just hope that there is an improvement to the process from the time MR received by CPP-O to PPR sent, as well - I guess only time will tell us if that happens.

And I do hope that time comes very soon. I have the most positive gut feel that our friends prasamp and A52411940 will have their PPR by the end of this month.

Hello there, They changed the checklist in January, so just follow the documents they ask for, I think it will be an easiest process (less paper that already were checked for the pnp office)
Good luck Regards

Carefully read the checklist for items applicable to you (this is an immigration application, be very carefully and always review your work), if you feel that a certain form is inapplicable to you just write "Not Applicable" next to that item/form in the checklist and place a "N/A" next to the check box to be even more specific. However make sure that you don't write anything (using pen) on the main/validated form.

hi chanselay
we are same, i dont have any representative, but i included that paper too, so far it doesnt affect my application. my advise, read carefully the checklist and application form not once but many times. to make sure that your papers/ application is complete. :)
good luck
