Could you guys please give the date as to when you PF and/or RPRF was encashed? It is mentioned on your AOR along with the financial receipts... so please do check that and respond.. thanks a bunch .. have a good one guys.. Cheers ..

I got the processing fees debited from my bank account yesterday (13th feb 2012). Now waiting on the AOR from CIO Sydney. Could you please add that in the tracker excel.

CIC will look the records on their own...if they need more information they might ask you to send fingerprints..you dont need to submit anything until CIC asks specifically for fingerprint or anything...95% of cases they dont ask anything...if things are not clear and they need more information thats when they ask for fingerprints...

Hi all I've sent my application to MPNM on May 5th 2011 and I have received my LOA from MPNM on October 10th 2011, sent my application to CIO Sydney February 3rd 2012 waiting forLOA

Hi RubyHero,

The CIO sydney office does not sent out an acknowledgment right away when it receives the application. It first verifies all the submitted forms for completion. Then if everything is in place the processing fee (PF) payment is encashed. You should be able to see this debited from your bank account (depending on your mode of payment) in 20 to 30 days from the date the file was received. A week or two after the PF has been debited, you should receive an email stating the next plan of action. Usually, if accepted they would send your application to the concerned visa office and provide you information on how to maintain correspondence with them. In few cases, request for Medical Checkup were also sent. If rejected the application package would be mailed back to you.

I also had some problems with my documents, the refund the fee wich where charged in my credit card, but they didn't say anything... I think they are going to send me a letter like they did to you, but maybe it's gonna take a longer time to arrive...
