PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

yeah i dont want to waste single day from my side...whatever delay happens let it be from CIC side...i m in Canada for 2years...i just cant move out of this country because of my wp expiring....so i am making sure i get it fast.....i even postponed my marriage until i get my card..so imagine

reading from other threads, CIO just transferred the files back and forth, on and on. it is really dizzy. When CIO transferred your file, did they transfer the hard copies or electronic copy(scan, pls.)? did they use regular mail? got lost something? think about this system handling hundred of thousands of applicants. is there any better way, i mean, integrated way, or one stop shopping way to handle the applications? ....

i am not getting you...you are asking me a question or telling abt the system? My file hasnt been transferred till now, i got email from CPP-ottawa for medicals, and my file is sent to Buffalo (my vo) and they have mentioned in the email saying your file will be sent to other offices such michigan, LA,seatle,NY etc for processing.. my understanding is they are doing this in order to fasten the process...once it goes to another depending on the some verification they might ask you for extra documentation...so you send them directly.

They might have some form of sending the doc...CIO generaly opens your file i am sure they will feed all our application data to a system so any office can see your information electronically..for some proces they might need paper copy which will be sent in regular or expediated mail...but as such we can really do anything on this frm our side...there are ppl who submitted the application mid of last year and got their medicals email this month...so in way CIO processing is little faster..so lets hope for the best...

The email that i received didn't request for medicals yet. It just mentioned following:
-UCI,
-That everything ive sent was "complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act"
-A payment receipt


Im not quite sure what will happen next. I guess i would have to wait for my VO(Manila) to send me another AOR then the medical request. (am i right?)

This made my day. I wish the rest would receive their AOR soon.

this email is to inform that "Your application is complete and accepted" you will receive a EP and B(paper fileno) from your VO in week or two as per the processing time of the VO.
