i am going to pay application fee with bank draft, but permanent resident right fee with credit card. I submit two payment forms. No change for the form of application fee. But for the resident right fee, I still use the same form, but cross out the $550, initial and date, and write right number $490. Then present credit card information and sign it. is there any problem for this plan? pls help.

I am not particularly sure on that one coz I just paid the application processing fee, please wait for sset12 to respond as she had paid both processing and RPRF fees together and she got her AOR yesterday.. cheers

help..help..help! i received a letter from embassy canada visa section... addressed to ministry of foreign affairs requesting for the copy of police clearance... the letter is in Arabic and posted January 22, 2012 signed by the consular / head of visa section riyadh.... i have asked my officemate to ttranslate the letter and told me that visa section in riyadh requested for a copy of my police clearance..... why are they going to request for the copy wherein fact i have sent the original police clearance to CIO visa office, NS..... wondering why... and what do i have to do...... need your input guys.... thanks.

just talked to canadian embassy riyadh... asked me if i have sent several requests for police clearance certificate request on their general email and told her that i have requested 3 times so she told me to just ignore the letter since i have already sent the original to CIO... huh... it's so alarming...... give me peace of mind.

hi bkd, i dont agree if you will cross out the form, just tweaked the original form to create a new one showing as payment form for RPRF...
1.Just create a table similar to the format in an excel sheet for RPRF breakdown.
2. Print it, cut the table and paste it to the original form.
3. Photocopy it to create a new form
4. Fill up the form with other details and put your signature to make it looks like an original copy...

if you want just send me your email address and i will send you a copy of the rprf form similar to the one i used. let me know...

from what you have mentioned, I think you have given incorrect fee amount, and I also I dont think they have changed ur category. Did you attach the fee payment form that you are supposed to along with the documents on the checklist? If not, I think that is what you need to submit according to my understanding of the letter you got. Also, did they send your entire application back to you or were you asked to send the missing/additional documents.. ?? do let us know.. cheers

Thanks for reply.yes i do attach that form 5620.And i send a bank draft of 1040$,but now they want me to send 550$ bank draft because under skilled category it is 550$ this thing they mention there.Yes thay send me back my whole file.And one more thing there are two fees one processing and other landing fee but on the 5620 form they just mention processing fee of 550$ but i made a draft of 1040$ is this may a problem???Any suggestion further about it are welcome.

In my opinion paying the total is fine.. I remember before I just made a bank draft of the total of both.. With no breakdown or whatsover.

Can CIC change category like they said again and again in there letter skilled worker,but im not in this category to whom should i contact
to get clarification regarding this point??Is it Service Canada can help me out if i show that letter to them..??

hello team,

Omg!!!! i just got a call from my bank, they informed me that they will debit to my account an amount of $2,080 and confirmed that the transaction is made by Canadian Immigration Canada... does it mean that my documents are considered complete and they are already processing my PR visa application? i am crossing my fingers on it!!! i wish it will be reflected to my account statement tomorrow, i wish to receive an AOR anytime soon. Goodluck and God bless us all!!!

Hi manubobby, Do you think/in you opinion it will affect the application if you have submitted the employment certificate from the previous checklist? 'coz my previous (like my first employer back home is small as well) they couldn't provide a letter head certificate but still I submitted it???
