PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

It is difficult to trust on some immigration lawyers,I used one at the beginning( for SINP) and they called my employer and said that will take forever, more than two years, if he really want to wait.... than my employer backup. This was enough for my credit card be charged $2,000( for one bad call).No more calls from then.....
I found other employer and I am doing myself. Hope you have a better one. It is case by case.

I sent the application docs. to Sydney as well. And the docs. were received on 14 Dec.2011. But I do not know whether they have encashed my money or not. Anybody knows when we can receive their email after the mony has been encashed?

u have to go to bank in person, and ask them if ur bank draft or money order has been cash, if yes, when.

Hi Grayhair,

I only paid the initial PR application fee, should I get as far as getting PR, I'll give them a credit card to charge. I only did that to help my cashflow as I applied just before the holidays otherwise I would have given CIC the whole lot.

I guess the RPRF is not really a factor..I thought for a while, there is a trend on you and Sset12..maybe there are other reasons..aarrgh it really is difficult to predict their moves ???..thanks a lot OldMiltonian

I see your application was received on the 4th.. Anyways .. Just give it atleast 3 weeks before yours get encased coz OM and sset12 got theirs encashed only after 3 weeks .. I'm sure it's all going to be fine .. Good luck .. And be patient .. I'm sure it will work out well for all of us god bless

Well.I just checked with the bank and infomed the money has been encashed.Hope i can receive the email soon.

i never use any representative/ law firm, it is not required and it is much better to be involved and directly communicating with CIC or Visa Office... i am not sure how to handle cases like yours, maybe some our forum mates can provide better suggesions... goodluck and keep on pressing on your representative.

I cannot type information and fill out form directly on the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
Your travels form (IMM5562E). What I can do is to print out and fill it out manually. How did you fill out this form? My browser or Acrobat not updated enough? I am using the most recent versions. Thanks.
