Hi guys,

Someone tried to change the information on the spreadsheet, and a lot of information were lost, and I had to start from the beginning and update it, so I have changed the editing options, now if anyone has an update, just post in on this thread or on the facebook page.. https://www.facebook.com/groups/241326632609197/ and the moderators.. (Oldmiltonian, sset12 and myself) will update it on the tracksheet.. you will still be able to view the spreadsheet.. let me know if you cant.. cheers guys..

I noticed the same issue earlier that's why I also made a back up, I screen shot the file once in a while and update it on my own tracking sheet and also add the updates based from the thread... ;D

guys, kindly fill in with info/updates all required columns so it will be more beneficial for all of us, for comparisons and for our own basis..to minimize queries about something which can be answered by just looking at the file ;D :-* ;D

I noticed the same issue earlier that's why I also made a back up, I screen shot the file once in a while and update it on my own tracking sheet and also add the updates based from the thread... ;D

guys, kindly fill in with info/updates all required columns so it will be more beneficial for all of us, for comparisons and for our own basis..to minimize queries about something which can be answered by just looking at the file ;D :-* ;D

nice thinkin tess.. im glad you downloaded a back and took screen shots.. I dint do that, so based on the backup you have, can you please check and update the spreadsheet?? I think leo.alive's details are missing from the spreadsheet.. and OM and darshaks info was changed.. I tried and changed most of it, but if you see anything missing, please do add them .. cheers

Honestly i can't update the file here coz the page is blocked in my office computer, I will try to update it at home...another problem that I encounter is, tried to update it at home but the page display turned into some other language (not English) ;D I guess it was due to the browser that I am using or could be the version of my software..tsk,tsk,tsk...that's why I have no other options right now but to do it manually

Anyway, I will try other options too until I figure out the best way for me...cheers everyone! ;D

I have updated the file, I added some formula to calculate the number of days for the following:
Date received @ CIO (-) minus Date PF/RPRF Encashed - to see the trend of payment versus receipt of file
Date of Payment (-) minus AOR date - to see the trend of AOR release after payment
Date received @ CIO (-) minus Date of MR - to see the trend of MR after receipt of application file

Just so, we can have an idea regarding the trend of each VO in terms of AOR, MR and PPR. Please let me know if you have any comments or other suggestions/if correction is required, please do not hesitate to let me know...
