to clear the air on that confusion. (i am not saying bcz i am from QSW or i got PPR)

PNP and QSW are different. On an average every year QSW selects equal number as other provinces.. and importantly for applicants from QSW the federal part is not as it goes for other province. Federal does just medicals and security clearance. They dont verify any educational,job qualifications..they just go by what the CSQ states..and infact earlier QSW takes total of 5months including province time to get PR. The numbers for QSW are independent on numbers for the immigration plan the federal government sets. 210,000 for FSW,PNP,CEC,etc.. 40k for QSW this how the immigration plan itself will show. thats the reason i am saying there is nothing here that says other provicne is not treated fairly. Everyone of provincial selects will get it sooner. good luck

I agree with Fafool, Unlike CEC or Federal skilled workers program, PNP works exactly in the same manner as QSW. In both PNP & QSW, Federal only plays a role in doing medical and security check. However, not sure if for processing QSW applicants have faster process.

Does the Federal verify the language ability for PNP ? For QSW, it is done at the provincial level.

Application : 19th jan 2012
Aor n medical: last week of April
Ecas in process: July 1st week

I appreciate if u guys can help me about photo requirements ...I don't know the size of photos ... Good luck every1 for ur ppr....finally wait is over..feeling great...
