so if visa Office is New Delhi and we do medical in canada, where do they send the medical? Ottawa or New delhi?

The place you did your medical will send it accordingly since they are cic approved they know the drill. You don't ve to worry about that

I'm not sure if posting my GCMS notes will help. They were 21 pages long and i used the resources on here to 'translate' them which was pretty simple.
They did mention that my application is in progress but it looks like the file hasn't been touched since late may when they updated with my medical results.

I'm starting to get really disheartened when i see others getting their PPR and feel like my application is gathering dust on a CIC employees desk somewhere

Guys, you both are month ahead of me, I submitted my medical on 1st May 2012.

Here is the thing
Applications that are submitted in 2011 to OTTAWA office are getting processed, candidates getting PPR

Application sent to DETROIT office in May are getting PPR .

I am also waiting for PPR. I check my E-mails 100 times a day


Lets hope we all get PPR, lets not loose the hope

bkd1969-I requested mu GCMS notes on June 26th and received them on July 31st (they legally have 30 working days to send them to you so hopefully you'll get yours soon)

AMZA- mine is under the skilled category. I sent the application to Nova Scotia in late Jan,they said it was 'transferred' to Buffalo but my guess is that it went straight to CPP

and i sent an e-mail to cpp as i as done with my 120 days.Now its being more than 20 days i did not receive any auto reply e-mail.
do i need to contact them again..??

Hello All. I've been keeping track with this topic for many months, and gathered a lot of information. I just received my GCMS notes and I would like to share it with the group. First of all here is my timeline.

BC PNP - Semi Skilled Category
Office: CPP Ottawa
Application filled: January 20, 2012
AOR and medical request: March 16, 2012
Medicals done: March 19, 2012
Medical received on Ecas: April, 23, 2012
Ecas last update: Application received - Medical Results have been received. STILL NO IN PROCESS.

I have requested my first set of GCMS notes on April and to my disappointment after 3 months the notes I just received today, august 1, look pretty much EXACTLY like the first ones.

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed

In Paper file History it looks like my file never left Ottawa, however in Notes the most recent one, which is about my first request of notes, the GCMS office requests a copy of the Buffalo visa file regarding my application.

I'm very frustrated about the lack of progress in my application. I've seen people with similar timelines as mine getting In progress in their ECAS, while mine is stuck on application received.

The last thing I did was to send my RCMP clearance to Ottawa, even though they didin't ask me, just so I could make sure my application is still going. I sent them an email asking if they received it in hopes they can confirm anything about my application. The first email I sent them, after the 120 days period was just an auto-reply.

Any thoughts? Do you think that the fact that the application is under semi skilled category it would take longer than the skilled ones? I am single, and only lived in my home country and Canada.

I asked the same question to Doctor , he said they will send it to Ottawa and there it gets updated in the System to which New Delhi
has access to see the medical results. He also mentioned the day you take medical examiniation is important not when it reachs Ottawa.
I was concerned that My Medicals might not reach in time. and for me the deadline is August 20th for all documentation and you know
how this UPS works in Customs.

Hi All. As I can see no news today from Ottawa. I got an auto-reply email after I asked if they received my RCMP certificate. Before, the Buffalo close they used to respond to emails, but now I think they're not even opening our mail and just sending a generic response.

I do have a question about GCMS notes though. I found strange that in the Incoming correspondence section (where the correspondence from me to the office is) there are 3 entries, the most recent one about my request for the notes. The weird part is that entry 2 says Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees, and it says status not started. And entry 3 is Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees, status not started. It's strange because I send both forms together with my application, so why would they put as If i sent that in a different date? Due date on both entries are march 14, 2012, the date they created my electronic file. I never received any request to resent this forms or anything like that. Does anybody have the same situation?
