hi rubyhero,

what they say is before the application is received at the visa office, the PCC should be taken not longer than 3 months and if it was received during that timeframe, I dont think you will have to worry about it .. cheers
thnx manu.....

hi mate.. nothing yet,... its been over 20 days since I got AOR fron NDVO, since then nothing.. and its really getting me woked up, I thought the new processing would have been faster, but its been 3 months since my docs were received at CIO and so far no MR.. a person who applied directly to NDVO a month before .. end of November got his passport back with visa last week, and most of the people who applied directly to NDVO are getting visas back .. and practically everyone who applied to NDVO directly as per the old system got AOR MR and PPR within a week to 3 weeks time.. I have not idea what they are upto .. I wish I could atleast finish off with the medicals at the earliest

from seeing whats going on @ NDVO, i think they are clearing up all the application applied before 1st dec, like people applied in nov are getting their visas, so i think pretty soon they are done with them, they will focus on our applications. they dont have many application from FSW stream neither Student visas in this time, so hopefully once they divert their attention towards us, it will be done in no time.

how are you mysteryocean brother? Hope you get the fastest of process..

Hi guys,

The medicals received column right after medicals done should be the date received at the VO based on the tracking number you have and not the update on ECAS, so for those who have already done with medicals and it was received at the vo.. please update that so i can update the tracksheet.. cheers.. mainly goes for all Manila and Buffalo applicants.. cheers.. :)

hey Smile_2good,
one way to find out whats current timeline for SINP is, send an query email on their email add. given on their SINP site. you'll receive a detailed auto reply. in that auto reply, they actually gives current timeline for all categories. also their processing time differs on where you actually going into SK, if you're going to smaller place other that Regina or Saskatoon, they usually process it faster. their objective is to attract immigrants to the smaller places. also your timeline depends on your file as well. if they have more documents to process, or more complex documents, it might take more time. but be hopeful, Saskatchewan premier recently made a strong case in parliament to attact more immigrants, so they are sincere in processing application. its been over a year for you i guess so hopefully you'll get your nomination soon.
