yes they did .. before they used to send aor mr and ppr together once the application was sent to NDVO.. i wonder whats goin to happen next .. i hope they start sending out MR soon.. cheers

I am really sorry to hear that, I really do wish there was something I could say here to make you feel better, but like what QBcool has mentioned, try applying under Ontario PNP now that your brother is living there.. that way you might be able to get some good response.. keep ur chin up .. n dont worry .. its not the end of the world.. im sure u can re apply and get thru the next time.. cheers

But unfortunately I am not aware of any PNP under Ontario that I can apply, its only Manitoba. Let me know if you are aware of any family based PNP in Ontario.
Also, I am pissed off because the rationale that I would not make Manitoba my home because I have ties to my brother (with 1 year PR) than my close uncle (with 14 years Citizen) is so so stupid.

Appreciate if you all can give your suggestions on whether I should

a) Appeal to reverse the decision in next few days or
b) reapply under family stream after 6 months or
c) apply under general stream (I do qualify on point system in Manitoba as well, but I dont know how long would that take).

I need everybody's help out there and your suggestions, please, so that I can meet you all in MANITOBA
