Dear Friends,

Is it possible to do the paper work in all the steps of application process (for PR under PNP program) by ourselves?

My employer does not sponsor and asking a lawyer fee of 5000 CAD apart from filing fees (1040 per applicant + 2000 for Province fee).

Total its almost 10k CAD

Any idea if it is worth to go with the employer?

Thanks and Regards,

Yes it is possible. I did it all by myself and got my nomination and am waiting for PR now.

Which Province are you applying for? Never heard of a province fee.

Thank you for the reply JCS.

My province is Ontario. I heard there is a standard fee of CAD2000 for this.

For nomination certificate we need all the documents from company for which we should again go to the HR/Law section.

HI JCS,

Can you suggest which option is better between Arranged Employment and PNP program.

With current timeline and safe process.

Thanks,

I would suggest to do it on your own to save money. That is you have to read a lot of documents regarding your application. There is a guide that you can follow on the CIC website about application for Permanent Residency. Regarding the PNP application, I can only point you to the PNP website if your applying in BC.
