Need some advice. Husband is in SK, we are waiting for the return of our passports with visa, sent it last week to Ottawa. Husband plans to travel here in the Philippines to fetch me and the kids. Is it possible for him to travel without the PR card? Does he have to do the landing immediately or can we do the landing together after he has fetched us here in PH? Thanks so much...

see this link...you can get travel document in both way. you can apply in Canada for urgent processing. Otherwise get travel document from your local visa office...to come back here with family without PR card....
