Well this reply i got from my MP

All is currently well with your file. Backgrounds are underway and medicals are valid until Feb 19th, 2015.

As mentioned before, standard processing time is currently 17 months and your file is 8 months old. As such, it still has a ways to go.

If you do not hear from the processing office by December 19th, I can request another update on your behalf.

Hey, I was talking to one of my friends who got his PR through PNP last year and he told that the exact same thing happened to him too. They skipped the files for some specific dates and this delayed his application by almost 3-4 months. I know its not a comforting news and I hope all you guys hear from them soon. Still just wanted to share it, Good luck!

If that's the case, That is not good my friend, CIC lists this on their website ""Provincial Nominee inventory is expected to be reduced in 2014 in order to transition into a new recruitment model known as Expression of Interest in 2015. This strategy should have a positive impact on Provincial Nominee Program processing times by the end of 2014."" I don't know if this will happen soon, wait is the only solution

Hi, both of us applied through New Brunswick. But I don't think that the province really makes any difference.

Nope...nothing is moving at all...
