PNP CANCELLED AFTER APPLYING FOR PR

i stopped working due to expiration of my PGWP. If i only knew that it's possible to extend my PGWP i will really do it right away. The problem is, my agency didn't even told me that it's possible.

I'm just waiting for the decision of my ELIGIBILITY CHECK. So that, i can apply for my new nomination right away.

If your PNP nomination is withdrawn, province will notify IRCC and your PR application will be refused. Sorry you are going through this . However, you can apply for another PNP and category and apply again PR .

Has background check been completed? Because they wont start eligibility without that.
Eligibility can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months it hard to predict really. But with your nomination cancelled, they might not even go there. I think right now its a waiting game. If you plan to apply for

Was your nomination cancelled yesterday? Maybe there is just a delay. But even if your eligibility had passed, without COPR they will cancel it.

No. It got cancelled this August 2024. And i got my AOR just this September as well

I think you should. You will know the outcome faster and can start working on alternatives if it means that your PR application will be withdrawn.

Yes you should notify IRCC asap . Don’t wait.
