Pnp applicants with restoration status 2015

Hello folks,
After searching, researching ..I am still unable to get any answer for this question. So, people in restoration whose PR almost in final stages ..like, you folks have seen. Experienced any situation where applicants in restoration have been granted PR while their application for restoration is still in process

hi, i noticed i am in the same situation with you. after i get mpnp, i applied to extent work permit but in a wrong way(i applied bridge open permit actually i should apply closed work permit). so cic refused my work permit on oct 1,2015. now i am trying to restore it, but i have few questions here:
1. should i tell mpnp office that my work permit is refused?
2. can i go to work after i submitted my application for restoration?
3. how long will it take cic to process it?

we are on the same boat... my wp was refused may 2015 and up to date no update. may pr application was filed last dec 2015, no update as well. I would be happy to connect with you guys to track the development of our application. the waiting time is really frustration specially if you are not working....

1. in my case I informed the AINP about refusal, they issued a support letter
2. you can not go to work after submitting your restoration application. wait until you are restored or you get your pr, whichever comes first.
3. the processing time for a restoration will take 2 months on top of the normal processing time of a normal work permit, all depends on our luck.

another thing is i should contact the pnp office, right?

I haven't received my restoration... still waiting in vain! In my case I contacted ainp for the support letter. Im not sure if it applies to other province...

When did you pass your pnp pr application?

I didn't receive any work permit yet
I have waited now for 6 months
I would recommend you go to a lawyer ..you have time to do so ..do not do any work ..the current pay check should reflect your working hours until the day cic issued refusal letter ..
And remember in restoration do not apply online

could you tell me what kind of forms did you submit for restoration?and why restoration can not apply onlin?
