Since the last you sent was in June, I think you can send another as we are in september. I sent one last week and i got a reply "is in process".

Thank you lilbro,I sent a mail to AVO on the 8th of August and I was told my application was in queue so I didn't worry, then when someone got ppr by the end of August and I knew I submitted my application to cic before her's I knew I needed to send another mail, so I shot another mail to AVO on 28 August and my ppr landed September 2nd.

I sent the 2nd mail to ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.
I will always comment on this forum cos I learnt a lot and still learning from it

The first mail was sent to accra.immigration @ international.gc.ca and I got a response that my app is on queue

The second mail was sent to accraimmigration@ international.gc.ca and I got the response like buzzcana's own

The difference was the dot in the name.
