You will get it today or failing tomorrow. I got my medical form a day after getting the email request to proceed on medical examination and payment of right of permanent residence fee.switchlanes said:i tired too, i got my RPRF request mail yesterday after 55days of AOR form CIC. still yet no medicals .
I believe God is in control. trust me
Ok noted...Finally said:The implication is that your sponsor's ability to nominate/sponsor people to that province in the future will be affected. That means the success of future nominations by them will be jeopardized because for each nomination application, the sponsor is required to state the current location/province of residence of persons previously nominated. Newcomers to Manitoba are expected, NOT required by law, to reside, work and contribute to Manitoba's economy for at least 3 years before moving to other provinces should they wish to do so. In your settlement plan, you probably wrote convincingly of your desire to live in that province so what has suddenly changed between the time you received your visa (a few weeks ago) and now? Of course, it's not my business and you'll make your decision in the end but think about how what you might do will affect others in the future, because such actions usually result in the introduction of more stringent regulations by the authorities. In any case, CIC is working together with provinces to ensure new provincially-nominated permanent residents actually stay in the province they signed up for initially. Good luck!
You should get it as Emperor suggestedswitchlanes said:i tired too, i got my RPRF request mail yesterday after 55days of AOR form CIC. still yet no medicals .

@Babakura, thank you for your contribution bro. My intention is not to leave Manitoba! after all that's where I have people who can help me integrate into the Canadian society seamlessly. I was only looking at job prospects and the decision to relocate later if the need be......all the same, I thank you all for your contribution.babakura said:GBAM !!!! GBAMER !! My take is this
Pls dont be in a hurry to leave manitoba because the way the canadian govt is going about things this days is a cause for concern
As Finally stated above I would also implore you to please stay the course and may be even wait and get your citizenship because there is alot of auditing going on in Canada in respect of PR residency to qualify for citizenship ... I actually dont know if they audit based on those that got PR through PNP but it will get to that later on and lots of people might not be eligible for citizenship .... Govt of Canada is currently working on how to make PNP's stay in their nominated provinces instead of moving to where the grass is greener ......
Should you take a look at your LOA package from MPNP .. it is meant for you to settle in manitoba or nominated province permanently and since the last audit you will have to do is when you apply for citizenship except for taxes and others because after your citizenship you go to wherever country or city in the world and be regarded as a canadian ..... I know people who have had their PR's withdrawn/cancelled due to residency issues

Naturals said:Hello House,
Please i need some clarification as i am about to send my documents to CIO NS and i know most people here have successfully gone through this stage.
1) I have read that we should not leave any column blank on the form IMM0008 instead we should put N/A or Not Applicable for questions that dont apply. After validating the form, those questions are grayed out on the printed form, do i leave it just grayed out or still put N/A.
kindly use N/A for your forms, while the generic form should be should be left grayed out , dont write any thing on it.
2) I do not have a UCI number - under personal details number 3, do i leave it blank or write none
Yes , you should leave it blank, you will be given after your AOR from CIC
3) Some other forms require a FROM and TO date for an activity that i am currently involved. Not sure if its ok if i hand write 'present' after printing out forms or what do you guys suggest.
when i submitted my application then, i wrote PRESENT after printing my application , and i never had issues with my application
So sorry it may seem like i am asking irrelevant questions but i really want to make sure i get it right as the application guide is not really detailed and i would rather ask people with first hand experience
its better you ask all this questions, in order to avoid delays in your application.
last thing you must do , go thru your forms carefully, if possible give it to someone to cross check.
all the best in your application
Many Thanks!
please kindly follow the requirements of the CIC checklist, its says a copy of your nomination letter(LOA), which means photocopy, please keep the original LOA. and lastly make sure your documents is arranged as required by CIC checklist.Naturals said:Thank You so much switchlanes, I really appreciate your response
One more question please... do you submit original LOA or just a copy because it is stated on my LOA that i must include the LOA original copy to the package but on CIC's checklist, only the copy of it.. so not sure if i send the LOA original or just a copy only?
Thanks

Babakura, you need to get yourself ready to land soonest oh! cos by the time you get your PR you maybe given limited time to land considering when your medical result was received by CIC.
wishing you all the best.
