Hello Kokoeyen,
Please can you help with this question? I got my ppr mail on the 1st of December 2015 and sent my family Passport to them (CIC Accra) through DHL. It was delivered on Monday 7th December 2015 and received by one Solomon Akoto. I am just wondering I have not heard anything about the receipt from Accra and my status on MYCIC is still stating "additional Document requested from you".

Do i need to do anything as a follow up?????

Hello Change. Its best to be patient and wait for them though the wait is not easy. If there is any issues they will call you. I was called to update an information on my background declaration which i did and scanned to them and my pick up mail came less than a week later.
