really frustrating but trusting in God brings out d best solution.after for 8months for nomination anoda 5months for Aor now endless wait for medical ppr nko God knows best. :

We just need to keep praying. Our colleagues in other visa offices have visa, PPR or MR already.

PNP applicants are not always as high as FSW yet avo treat fsw faster.

Patience is key, let's keep hoping

Pls I want to inquire about the prove of fund? I will be travelling to winnipeg on June 2015. I went to my bank and request them to debit my account and buy dollar for me they told me that they will only buy 4000 US dollar( basic travelling allowance) for me.Pls house my questions are as follows
1)What is the required amount one can use as proof of fund?
2)Do i need to come with the required amount( proof of fund) in cash or can I buy 4000 Us dollar from my bank(cash) and then get account statement(from my bank) of the remaining money to show proof of fund to the immigration officer at my port of entry since I can use my nigeria ATM card collect money from ATM in Candan( My account officer told me)

That was exactly what I did. Brought minimum cash allowance and then presented proof of other cash through bank statements. As principal applicant you need $10k and each dependant 2k each.When I got here I also collected cash using my ATM card but it is a bit expensive to do that. You can make arrangement for your bank to transfer more money once you have open bank account here.

There are so many banks with immigrants packages. I started with Scotia and I'm still with them. Please let me know if you have other questions
