You don't need to attach the back pages as the information there is just the generic information.

One more thing, if you have a file that is so large in pdf format, you can follow this technique below to compress the size and still retain your document intact.
Step 1 - prepare your document in pdf format
Step 2 - on google chrome browser, type in smallpdf.com.
This will open an online pdf editor to you.
Step 3 - select compress document
Step 4 - select upload document and upload your document. follow the instruction to compress your document.
Step 5 - download your document after compression is done and save.

With this method I was able to compress a pdf document of 13MB to 2.3MB.

since i have university degree , do i have to attache my high school certificate ?

In EE forms i am putting this name as Surname and leaving first name empty according to following guideline from CIC so resulting first name empty.


Your surname is your family name. It is sometimes called your “last name.” If your name is spelled differently on your official documents, please write your name as shown in your passport. When filling out applications, type your surname as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document or any letters you got from the visa office or case processing centre where you sent your application (even if the name is misspelled). Do not use initials.

If you do not have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. Do not enter “*”, “Not applicable” or “NA”.

Her surname should be her fourth or third name.

My case is very similar to yours. I attached only documents related to my highest degree obtained.
I added my certificate., transcript and Wes report.

You can attach your nomination cert and IELTS to the LOE.

These documents are not required by CIC explicitly. I think I may add my IELTS to my education documents. For the nomination certificate, Iam pretty sure that they have a record for that, as they added 600 points to my account. I don't think that I will attach it.

Hello All,

I received the nomination on the 30th October from the SINP for the NOC 2171 and at that time my interned NOC in th EOI was 2173.
After that I have changed the NOC in the EOI to the 2171 , after 20th draw I received the ITA and the time of the filing the PR application still the application shows 21713 as the intended NOC.

I am not sure someone mentioned in the forum that it is changed in the PR application, can some one please suggest where we can see the change in the NOC as now we are not able to see the last submitted application

Account opening date is already included in balance confirmation certificate.

Am I suppose to request the bank for separate letter showing the debts of loans and credit card?

No you do not have to showcase all that. You just need to show you have sufficient funds in your account. You can get a bank letter that mentions the account number, date of opening, your name and current balance. In addition to that, get statements for past 6 months stamped by the bank. That will suffice.

I have completed my medicals a couple of days back.On the info sheet I received, doctor mentioned Family-EDE for entire family including me.Some where I read that it should be non-EDE for primary applicant(PA).I was worried and contacted our medical center.They said that it is Family-EDE for PR applicants including PA and non-EDE for visitor visa and work permits.Is this correct.I request your responses on this issue please.............

Please be advised that each one of you who has got a PT AND who have already/are going to submit a COMPLETE application package within the 45 day mark from the date of PT (Human Capital priorities Stream AND Fresh Speaking Workers Stream) WILL HAVE YOUR APPLICATIONS PROCESSED, NO MATTER HOW LONG THE DELAY IS..

All your applications will be processed. The only reason they will return your application is when you have sent in an incomplete application. THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF CAP.

The news from OINP office is that people who have submitted their applications before September 15, 2015 will have their applications processed this year. Applications submitted after that will be processed in 2016. Nonetheless, the applications will be processed.

Well, some people who have done meds under the EDE category lately have got "Medicals Passed". So, I think this is fine.

I had a similar situation, where my application for myself and all my family members were classified as "Worker - Non EDE".
Would that be a problem? Sharing a link will be highly appreciated.

I couldn't find any document/ link stating which classification shall be used for PNP applicants and their accompanying families...
